The ideal candidate will be a catalytic pastor who inspires the Tenth Evening community to carry out God’s vision for the church to see people of all different backgrounds discover Christ, experience spiritual transformation, and seek justice for all. The pastor will have an engaging upfront presence with the ability to mobilize others to action and a gift to engage, equip, and develop staff and volunteer leaders. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant relationship with God and connects well with others—especially those on the borderlands of faith who are exploring faith or have no experience with church.

We are looking for a Christ-centered, dynamic leader to join our team and lead our Mount Pleasant Evening Site. As Site Pastor you will shepherd staff, volunteers, and congregants, enabling the community to faithfully fulfill our vision for the Mount Pleasant evening community. You will also be an active member of the Leadership Team.
