We are seeing a motivated Project Scheduler (EPC) or Site Master Scheduler to work with one of our Automotive Manufacturing clients in Oakville, ON. You will drive the overall site schedule to ensure Demolition, Construction, Logistics, and Installation activities are completed in a timely manner leading up to the new vehicle launch
Job Type: Full-time. 2-year contract from December 1, 2024 – November 30, 2026
*00 per hour (depending on experience)

Create Integrated Site Master Schedule (ISMS) based on inputs from all project stakeholders and Prime Contractors
Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program, and contractual milestones.
Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
Validate contractors project schedule accuracy and manage the sitewide interdependencies.
Liaison with other skilled team scheduling resources to ensure accuracy of schedules leading up to a site-wide rollup.
Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.
Must be able to commit to working 10 hours/ day, 5 days week with occasional weekend overtime requirements.

Bachelor's degree in project management, or in a related field.
Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be advantageous.
A minimum Ten years’ experience as a project scheduler/program manager in the Automotive Manufacturing/Construction related industry.
Advanced proficiency in MS Projects.
Extensive experience in schedule planning and management.
In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the Automotive Manufacturing/Construction industry.
Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
