Support and Maintenance of systems, infrastructure and network hardware for customers (router/switches)
Working with the support team of the help desk and NOC Engineers to do ticketing (L1, L2 and L3)
Need someone who is early on in their careers and wants to develop and grow their technical skills
Help desk support
Microsoft server (AD, M365 etc.)
CCNA or CompTIA Network+
Medical, dental, vision
~Remote but must travel to support customers around Orange County with racking, stacking, cabling etc.
