Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Linguist/Script Content Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing our conversational AI applications, ensuring they understand and respond to user intents and entities accurately. In addition to linguistic expertise, a strong grasp of HAAS (Human-Assisted Automation Systems) is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Linguistic Analysis: Analyze, optimize and own natural language understanding (NLU) models to improve intent and entity recognition.
Intent and Entity Modeling: Develop and refine intent and entity models for our conversational AI applications.
Script Content: Create and curate conversational scripts, ensuring they are contextually relevant and engaging.
Data Annotation: Assist in annotating and labeling data for training machine learning models.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of linguistic data and NLP models.
Operational Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes related to linguistic data and NLP.
Qualifications:
~ Masters in English Language or Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, or a related field. Proven experience in working with intent and entity recognition models, Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus
~ Strong knowledge of linguistic theories and concepts.
~ IELTS Band Score
~8
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
~ Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
~ Leadership and Team Management Skills is a plus.
