Senior Contract Process Manager
Our client is looking for a Senior Contract Process Manager (11+ years) to develop and implement post award contract management processes across a complex and diverse group of Stakeholders - 1 year contract with possibility of extension, 2 days in Burnaby, BC
Must Haves:- 11+ years experience in both Contract and Contractor management
- 3+ years experience developing and implementing post award contract management processes with a complex group of Stakeholders
- Experience in leading Change Management
- Experience in data gathering, analysis and reporting
- Experience in the development and implementation of Contract Management Plans
- Experience with Aviation, Transmission or Distribution Electrical Engineering, and Vegetation Industry
- SIGMA Certification
- Identify necessary stakeholder data inputs, for compiling, analyzing, and building reports required for comprehensive contract & service performance & KPIs
- Translate business insights into strategic, actionable options by obtaining and organizing key business information, enabling informed decision-making
- Create detailed visual reports to illustrate contract and service performance
- Lead collaboration with cross functional teams
- Identify business improvements, create, recommend and influence the adoption of related business proposals
- Facilitate the scheduling, completion, and documentation of Contract required training
- Develop and implement Contract Management Plans
- Ensure the company and suppliers fulfill their contractual obligations by monitoring contract performance, identifying issues, taking timely action to resolve issues, and communicating with stakeholders to minimize risk and maximize supplier performance
- Establish and maintain a meaningful relationship between suppliers, stakeholders, and the company’s supply chain organization through activities such as timely communication, resolution of issues, and relevant reporting enabling the successful implementation of sourcing initiatives
- Forecast, monitor, and report on contract usage to ensure the company’s contract and finance control policies and budget requirements are met
- Provide guidance and advice to client groups in the sourcing, procurement, and management of goods and services contracts using excellent knowledge of public sector procurement law, and the application of supply chain concepts to get the best value for the company
