Our Toronto studio is the heart of the brand — a dynamic, fast-paced environment that blends beauty, retail, and hospitality seamlessly. 💄🛍️✨ About the Role: As the Client Experience Manager , you play a vital leadership role in ensuring every guest receives the signature Gee Beauty experience — from the moment they step into the studio until they leave feeling confident, cared for, and inspired. You’ll lead the Client Experience Team, oversee front-of-house operations, and work closely with the Store Director to drive sales through education, hospitality, and connection. 💗 This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a human-first, detail-oriented, hospitality-driven environment . 🌟 Key Responsibilities: ✨ Lead, Coach, Inspire: Guide the Client Experience Team to deliver 5-star hospitality daily Foster a positive, growth-focused studio culture Oversee scheduling, training, and performance feedback Host daily touch-points to align on goals, updates, and client priorities 👩 💼 Client Experience Excellence: Set the tone for warm, luxury-level hospitality and professionalism Educate clients with confidence — ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued Anticipate client needs and ensure seamless studio flow, even during busy times Champion emotional intelligence and handle client concerns with empathy and discretion 🛠️ Operational Management: Oversee front-of-house systems including POS, scheduling & client communication platforms Ensure retail and service flow meets operational best practices Maintain pristine visual and functional standards throughout studio spaces Support inventory management of front desk supplies, testers, and merchandising 💰 Sales & Brand Alignment: Drive team performance with clear goals, training, and accountability Identify new opportunities for growth in services, retail, and client engagement Ensure every client touchpoint reflects Gee Beauty's voice, values, and standards Support special events, product launches, and education workshops as needed 💁 ♀️ Who You Are: A natural and supportive leader who leads by example Driven by hospitality excellence and client delight 💕 Passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating meaningful experiences A great communicator with strong emotional intelligence Calm under pressure, highly organized, and proactive Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-touch environment 🎓 Qualifications: 3+ years of leadership or management experience in beauty, retail, or hospitality — hotel, luxury retail, or boutique fitness backgrounds are a plus Strong understanding of luxury service , client care, and sales through education Experience supporting scheduling, people management, and daily operations Familiarity with POS and booking systems (e.g., Booker, MindBody, Shopify POS) Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends 🧡 Our Commitment To You: At Gee Beauty, we care deeply about our team — your success and growth matter to us.
