Epicor Financial Module Specialist (Cloud)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Epicor Financial Module Specialist with a strong background in the latest cloud-based offerings, as well as a deep understanding of the features and functionalities of the packages AR, AP, GL, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Epicor Financial Module product suite and a track record of success with cloud implementation. Additionally, a background in either logistics or supply chain management would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on Epicor Financial Module cloud-based offerings
• Configure, implement, and optimize Epicor Financial Module for clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and provide recommendations for improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Epicor Financial Module processes and procedures
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Epicor Financial Module related issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to Epicor Financial Module and cloud-based financial systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working with Epicor Financial Module, with a focus on the cloud-based offering
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, and other financial modules
• Experience with cloud implementation and optimization
• Experience with logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and clients
