We highly value personal & professional growth. ms is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to own the lifecycle of our core communication products. In this role, you will be the central hub for defining our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with web development, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to discover, build, and launch features that empower our diverse customer base, from small businesses and resellers to enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in VoIP/SIP, a passion for solving complex problems, and a proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS products.

Develop and standardize approach for building business cases for features
Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities.
Specify market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
Define clear performance indicators and measure product success over time.
Translate product requirements into clear specifications and user stories for the development teams.
Continuously evaluate performance metrics and iterate based on insights.
3+ years of experience in product management working with digital or software-based products, ideally within telecom, SaaS, or B2B technology.
~ Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams (web development, engineering, sysadmin, support).
~ Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps).
~ Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a solid plus.


Technical background in Web Development, APIs, databases, and network infrastructure.
UI/UX sensitivity or experience working with designers to improve customer experience.
Experience in data-driven decision-making using analytics dashboards or BI tools.
