Elevate your career with Venterra Realty as a Systems Integration Architect in a hybrid role based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Drive the design and implementation of enterprise system integrations while leveraging advanced technologies. In this pivotal position reporting to the Director of Data Engineering, you'll oversee the governance and long-term viability of integrations among commercial enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include hands-on software development using Python and Java, focusing on building and sustaining automated processes with AWS, Airflow, and Snowflake, while ensuring best practices in security and maintainability. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture of integrations between enterprise systems
- Define principles for APIs and event-driven solutions
- Lead reviews of vendor designs for security and quality
- Maintain system interaction diagrams and documentation
- Ensure effective monitoring and error handling practices
- 10+ years in systems integration or architecture
- Proficiency in AWS, Airflow, Python, and Java
- Strong knowledge of integration operations and security
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Snowflake and data warehousing preferred
