Join our team at CareKW as a Dietitian/Nutritionist, where you will play a pivotal role in promoting health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans in a home setting.
Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions in clients' homes.
Develop and implement personalized meal plans tailored to individual health goals.
Provide ongoing nutrition counseling and support to guide patients on their wellness journey.
Work closely with patients to educate them on the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal health.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate dietary plans into comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on patients' progress and feedback.
Stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science and incorporate evidence-based practices into your work.
Offer practical guidance on meal preparation, including shopping tips, cooking techniques, and portion control.
