KMH Cardiology Centres Inc. is growing and we are recruiting for a part-time evening Medical Receptionist role for our busy practise in *Markham. *
*Act as a first point of contact for patients during their in-clinic experience
- Meet and achieve KPI’s and performance goals
- Optimize clinic capacity
- Utilize Tableau daily to facilitate KPI attainment
- Manage patient check-ins, enquiries and phone calls
- Ensure maximum client satisfaction through a high quality service approach
- Maintain attention to detail for all medical records. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Meet and achieve performance based targets and KPI’s for the team
- Complete MRI bookings administration tasks including confirmations, chart checks and phone calls
*1 year medical office experience
- Cardiology practice experience is an asset
- Demonstrated high quality, compassionate, customer centred experience
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Proficiency in technology including MS Office

The Reception team takes pride in our patient focused environment and works very closely with other service and clinical teams at KMH. This is a part-time position that is scheduled for 3 days per week on *Saturday, Sunday* and 1 week day during the hours of 2.This role reports to the Team Lead: Reception East and is part of a team of 18 members.
