Class A - Asbestos and Demolition Supervisor

The position will involve the supervision of asbestos and demolition remediation projects across Brisbane and within the greater Queensland region.
Site supervision, including plant, labour, and subcontractors.
Efficient planning and coordination of asbestos removal and demolition activities, including environmental remediation work.
Documenting/reviewing/maintaining required paperwork, including asbestos removal control plans (ARCP), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), licenses, and tickets.
Enforcing and demonstrating safe work practices in relation to both asbestos and demolition work.
Directing employees, labourers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assist Project Manager or Project Engineer with site operations.
Monitoring progress to meet budget and targets.
Support and promote all Company Policies & Procedures, to ensure all OHS&E requirements are achieved.
Maintaining strong client relationships and monitoring opportunities for business growth.
You will be interested in developing your career by actively participating in our projects and expanding our asbestos and demolition capabilities.
5+ years experience within the asbestos/ demolition/ remediation industry.
~ Be named as a Friable Asbestos Supervisor on an existing asbestos removal license.
~ Be named on an existing QLD demolition license as a Supervisor.
~ Proven ability to undertake the role of Supervisor and manage sub-contractors.
~ Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach on site.
