This is an entry level position. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will shadow the Industrial Maintenance Technician I and II roles to learn how to perform repairs, preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment and facility. Receives instructions on specific job task by Industrial Maintenance Technician I & II, and Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor. Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.

Basic computer experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• May require a current OSHA forklift certification.
TRAINING:
• Completion of Altium Industrial Maintenance Technician I training .

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
