We’re looking for an Apprentice RV Technician (or Journeyman) to join our team

Are you an experienced Apprentice RV Technician or Journeyman looking for a great opportunity to work for one of Canada’s largest RV companies in their Service Department? If you are, look no further as CanaDream is seeking an Apprentice RV Technician (or Journeyman) to join our supportive team.

More About the role:

It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those most successful in this role pay great attention to detail, have a mechanical, electrical and electronic aptitude, and take pride in servicing vehicles and/or motorhomes. This role is ideal for individuals who want to start a new career as an Apprentice RV Technician or Journeyman.

Job Duties:

• Working under the direction of a Journeyman RV technician, the Apprentice RV Technician will maintain propane and electrical appliances and perform minor plumbing and carpentry work.
• Perform tire rotations and oil changes.

Qualifications:

• Must be a registered RVApprentice or have equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where guest and customer satisfaction is the highest priority
• Basic experience in RV preventative maintenance, propane systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, air conditioning, refrigerators, heating systems, water systems & slides.
• Solid product knowledge.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of installation and product specifications.
• Familiar with reading and interpreting diagrams.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• Enthusiastic, excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
