CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-FRONT COUNTER
Gord'sRentals located in Timmins, Ontario. We are the answer to any of yourresidential, commercial, and industrial equipment needs throughout NortheasternOntario.

Gord’s Rentals Inc is looking tosupplement its current team with a new Customer Service Representative to helpassist with the high quality customer service our customers deserve.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
· First point ofcontact for our customers
Manage the dailyfunctions of the parts operations: including procuring, ordering, backorders, pickups and drop-offs of parts to internaland external customers
· Process all ordersincluding: phone, email, over counter
· Ensure customers’needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner
· Maintain the partsphysical and electronic inventory
Assist customerswith the right part for the right job, either in rentals or sales
Operations asnecessary
· Participate in safework and environmentally sound behaviors and comply with company health and safety rules, policies and practices
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
· Post-secondaryeducation and 3+ years experience on a parts counter or inside sales role
· Technical/mechanicalaptitude and/or background in heavy equipment/tools/Yard Equipment
· Customer centricwith strong interpersonal skills and relationship building capacity
· Exceptionalcommunication and organizational skills
· Ability toeffectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Self starter,independent and a team player with a sense of urgency
· Computer and systemsliterate with proficiencies with Excel and Word
· Experience withTexada Software an asset
· Must have a cleandriver’s abstract

Bilingual is anasset (English and French)
