Principales fonctions

En tant qu’analyste, vous travaillez sous la responsabilité du Chef de section – Services transversaux billettiques. Dans votre quotidien vous agissez à titre d’expert-conseil dans en analyse de données issues du système OPUS en plus de voir au développement d’outils visant à l’exploitation de ces données. Vous êtes responsable des procédures spécifiques à l’analyse de ces données et à la valorisation et l’amélioration constante de la qualité des données disponibles.

Vos principaux mandats

· Est responsable de la production d’indicateurs et de rapports ad hoc concernant les données du système billettique (OPUS).

· Est le point de référence pour les données OPUS, en particulier soutient les exploitants afin qu’ils utilisent, modifient ou créent leurs propres rapports.

· Permet d’identifier de manière proactive des problèmes opérationnels liés à la billettique en développant divers indicateurs et rapports, notamment l’état de santé des équipements (analyse des alarmes et des activités).

Plus spécifiquement, vous :

· analysez les besoins de la direction en terme d'identification de projets (nouvelles méthodes de travail et réorganisation du travail, productivité, coûts, qualité, gestion de l'information, logistique des opérations, conditions de travail, gestion des stocks, gestion du patrimoine, etc.);

· analysez les pratiques actuelles, concevez et recommandez le développement et la mise en œuvre de projets d'études;

· réalisez divers projets d'étude et analyses (analyses préliminaires de besoins, évaluation de coûts et bénéfices, analyses fonctionnelles et diverses études multidisciplinaires impliquant plusieurs services, nouvelles technologies, aménagement des lieux etc.);

· participez à l'implantation de nouveaux systèmes;

· rédigez des directives, des avis, des manuels de formation, concevez des procédés et établissez des standards de production;

· procédez aux essais et tests de nouveaux produits, équipements, et rédigez des devis techniques;

· fournissez un support technique et agissez comme expert-conseil. Maintenez vos connaissances sur les produits, normes et technologies disponibles dans votre spécialité;

· pouvez être appelée ou être appelé à exercer une gouverne fonctionnelle sur du personnel administratif/technique et à donner des conseils à des professionnels moins expérimentés;

· assumez toutes tâches et toutes responsabilités inhérentes à votre fonction ou qui peuvent vous être confiées.

Exigences

· Détenez un baccalauréat en en administration (spécialisation information de gestion), en statistiques, en mathématiques ou dans une discipline appropriée.

· Possédez un minimum de 3 années d’expérience pertinente.

· Toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée.

· Connaissance de Power BI et/ou SQL server

· Expérience avec l’outil de reporting Business Object (BO) serait un atout

· La connaissance de l’environnement et des données OPUS serait un atout important.
