Are you interested in working for a global pharmaceutical company at the forefront of their industry in developing new medicines and treatments?We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organization with their Canadian head office, reporting directly to the Director of Finance Operations (North America). They are seeking a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with relevant consumer goods, retail or pharmaceutical sector experience for this exciting, dynamic, and high-visibility opportunityKey responsibilities and oversight:• Business partner with key stakeholders to align business priorities and drive execution• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for North American region• Consolidate financial performance of regional operations and provide meaningful commentary• Ensure internal reporting is meeting the needs of the business, commercial and leadership teams• Review sales performance, examine revenue trends, and assess ongoing marketing conditions• Work directly with the business to development and update sales forecasts and accuracy of KPIs• Analyze full P&L variances between budgets, forecasting and actual results in monthly reports• Support strategic business decision making with ad hoc reporting on business performance• Drive process improvement, challenge status quo and lead changes in current normsThe company is offering a competitive compensation package for this level including an attractive base salary and annual bonus program.
