Primary Skills: Okta, ForgeRockPreferred Secondary Skills: API, Azure, Cloud SecurityJob Summary: We are seeking an IAM Technology Consulting Advisor with deep expertise in web security, cloud access management, software development, access governance, identity management, federation, cloud services, and IAM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business end users, IT teams, business partners, network providers, and outsourced vendors in a global business environment.Experience:12+ years of experience in IAM roadmap definition, technical consulting, client problem solving, and solution architecture and implementation.7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and transforming enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, specializing in Okta, ForgeRock, SaaS platforms, and API development.Deep expertise in IAM protocols: SCIM, Web Services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth.Proven experience in implementing and configuring Okta and ForgeRock solutions, migrating on-premises ForgeRock deployments to Okta, and developing APIs to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for custom applications.Job Functions:Serve as an IAM Expert specializing in Okta and ForgeRock, supporting clients with their Enterprise and Cloud Cyber Risk needs, specifically aiding in the migration from on-prem ForgeRock to Okta.Assist in transformation and development activities, defining the scope of services, building solution designs, and supporting project delivery for Cyber Risk services.Implement and migrate access management functionalities from ForgeRock to Okta within the project timeline.Lead IAM projects, serving as the primary client interface, overseeing offshore engineers, and ensuring timely project delivery.Implement and manage SSO, MFA, and User Provisioning across various platforms and systems.Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and integrate them within the current architecture.Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Okta configurations and workflows.Provide technical guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on Okta solutions and best practices.Conduct technical health checks for IAM platforms/environments prior to broader deployments.Possess a solid understanding of web technologies, especially web services, web applications, Service-Oriented Architectures, and network/web protocols.Lead workshops and discussions with customer and vendor teams to determine integration patterns for cloud and on-prem applications.Demonstrate a strong understanding of IAM platform frameworks and functions, particularly SSO/MFA architecture, solutions, and technologies.Maintain knowledge of security protocols such as LDAP-S, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Expertise in advising, designing, and leading the development of advanced security techniques.Experience in requirement analysis, key architecture decisions, API specification, solution architecture, and data modeling for IAM platforms.Hands-on experience implementing Okta and ForgeRock solutions is a must.Okta Certified Professional or higher is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and communication abilities.Ensure software security at all levels of architecture.
