Senior Process Engineer - Position in Innisfail

Bilton Welding and Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for a reliable, goal-driven, and positive Senior Process Engineer  to join our team
therefore, we reward outstanding performance and innovation. Innisfail, Alberta Schedule:  Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Sizing and selection of control valves
Assist the Instrumentation group with instrument selection and sizing of various other instruments including flow meters etc.
Work with tray, packing and mesh pad vendors to select column internals
Work closely with Project Managers and Estimators to provide a cost estimate, engineer the drawing based on customer specifications, changes to job scope and scheduling deadlines.
Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained
Ensure compliance of codes and standards in the project designs
Develop and apply technical knowledge to identify, evaluate and implement process optimization opportunities for new equipment
Carry out shop inspections on product during production, and identify any design issues, as needed.
Minimum of 5 years process engineering experience
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
