The Role: We are excited to open our brand-new wellness center in Toronto, and we're looking for On Calll Registered Massage Therapist to be part of this launch. As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will oversee the client experience at our Toronto location. Candidates must have a passion for massage treatments and the spa/wellness industry. Customer Service
Perform massage treatments in accordance with AIRE's signature protocols and techniques, ensuring an exceptional and relaxing guest experience.
Regularly check and maintain an adequate supply of all products required for the customer's experience, reporting any shortages or low stock of any product used in various treatments.
Ensure consistency in providing the same experience when treatments are scheduled for couples and coordinate effectively with the partner therapist.
Maintain the work areas in pristine condition, ensuring they are clean and prepared for use in any customer experience, following the company's established protocols.
Oversee the sanitation of the facilities under your responsibility, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of products and materials between each treatment.
During idle periods, Therapists are required to support the Spa Attendant Department by assisting with operational, customer service, and organizational tasks as assigned by management. Currently licensed in Ontario, Canada, required.
Practicing as a massage therapist for a minimum of 1 year.
Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
110–$120 CAD per hour on average, including base pay ($55/hr) and gratuity. Employee Referral Bonus Program
