Skills and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to enhance application and transaction scalability using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure scalability features.
• Develop application monitoring strategies using New Relic, Devo, and Azure Monitor, including creating monitors and dashboards.
• Prioritize AI Operations platform enhancements and streamline CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for better deployment processes.
• Employ problem-solving skills with advanced tooling for quick issue identification and root cause analysis in application performance.
• Enhance data visibility for stakeholders, transforming complex data into actionable insights for partners and product owners.
• Support and refine toolsets and practices, ensuring engineering squads are equipped with the latest in reliability engineering methodologies.
• Advocate for reliability engineering principles, sharing best practices and insights across teams to foster a culture of high performance
