We are passionate about building our franchisee partnerships and providing guests with a memorable dining experience. Recruiter-Receptionist – (On-site: 2920 Matheson Blvd E, Suite 201, L4W 5R6)
Reporting to the HR Generalist, the Recruiter/Receptionist will play a key role in filling vacancies as quickly as possible and intergrading qualified candidates to our fast-paced growing Company while being the first point of contact for our visitors at the front desk reception at Foodtastic.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, colleges, etc.
Conducting first round interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Managing the reception area and greeting clients/visitors.
Answering phone calls.
Managing documentation and file organization based on office protocol.
Ordering office supplies.
Responsible for maintaining the kitchen (cleaning the coffee machine, ordering milk, ensuring the cleanliness).
Performing other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Excellent skills and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
