The Customer Success Engineering team helps provide seamless support experience for Remitly customers. We help our global operations to support our customers' experience getting the help they need, whenever they need. You will be reporting to an Engineering Manager and will work as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with focus on frontend development. Lead the technical strategy and systems of the Customer Success Technology engineering team.
Lead the design and implementation of frontend components and features using modern frameworks like React or Angular and web technologies such as NextJS
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience and usability of our customer success platform.
Contribute to the architecture and technical roadmap of our software systems, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability and maintainability.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Experience as a lead, working on both the frontend, backend, and anything it takes and delight users both internally and externally
Experience with CI/CD and advanced deployment strategies
