Leveraging your expertise in the road building and maintenance industry, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize profitability and expand our market presence.Responsibilities:Lead management and sales process: Manage leads, quotes, and the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Ensure all customer interactions meet or exceed expectations, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans tailored to the unique needs and opportunities within the regional territory. Strategize and execute tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives.Foster and build long-standing relationships: Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with both new and existing customers within the designated regional territory.
