Fournir des fonctions de support de haute qualité aux souscripteurs
Créer et émettre des polices d’assurances manuelles si nécessaire
Vérifier le calcul des primes pour la fin du mois, mettre à jour différents rapport
Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français.
Sens accru de l’organisation, de la gestion du temps, habileté à gérer adéquatement le volume de travail, surtout pendant les périodes très achalandées et lors de délais serrés.
Solide connaissance des systèmes et des applications PC (Windows, Outlook, MSWord, Excel)

Provide seamless high quality underwriting support functions
Code premium, issuance of policies and endorsements
Complete virtual checklists
Communication / Follow-up with brokers / Reinsurers
Create and Issue manual policies if necessary
Ensure files are well documented and comply with corporate standards
Resolve accounting inquiries, month end verification in liaison with center of excellence.
Assist claims department with requests on file documentation.
Assist the underwriter by starting the Pricing Core enter all administrative information and populate loss information.
Create initial request in re-insurance platform by entering admin info for underwriter to review.
College and/or University degree an asset
Fluently bilingual in both English and French.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills, detail oriented
Strong knowledge of systems and PC applications (Windows, Outlook, MSWord, Excel and database administration)
