Our Calgary-based partner is looking for a M365 Administrator with focus on Power Platform to join their IT Digital Platform team. Responsible for configuring and managing SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform services, as well as providing technical guidance and support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SharePoint, Teams and Power Platforms settings and features through the different admin centers and PowerShell.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and the Power Platform solutions such as apps, dashboards, pages, workflows, and chatbots and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Oversee the Power Platform Center of Excellence and provide advice and reporting.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or problems related to SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform regarding platform performance, availability, and functionality.
  • Educate end-users on Power Platform capabilities and best practices (governance).
  • Stay informed of the latest features and how to troubleshoot them.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform administration or support.
  • Familiar with administration related tasks in Microsoft 365 services, focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
  • Experience working with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Power Platform tools, such as Power BI Desktop, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dataverse concepts, such as tables, columns, relationships, etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
