To make it easier on you, we offer up to $5,000 in relocation assistance.· *95· *Supportive community: *West Coast General Hospital is a supportive community hospital filled with dedicated professionals who support each other to provide the best patient care.· *Benefits:* Extended health (medical, dental), 4 weeks vacation, 13 statutory holidays, accrued sick pay, pension plan, educational scholarships, premium employee discount program and more.*Qualifications**Education, Training and Experience** *Masters in Physiotherapy: *Graduation from a recognized university program in Physiotherapy.* *College of Health and Care Professionals:* Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Physiotherapist.* *Canadian Physiotherapy Association:* Membership Eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).* *Physiotherapy Standards:* Knowledge of current Physical Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.* *Driver’s License:* Valid BC Driver's License.*Skills And Abilities** Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.* Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts, including co-workers, physicians, community agency representatives, patients, and families.* Island Health is an equal opportunity employer, encouraging applications from all qualified individuals.
