About the Role 

We are currently looking for a passionate release manager to oversee all quality assurance and release activities for our customer-facing Pharmacy solution.

As a QA manager, you will oversee a team of talented QA analysts assigned to various product development teams. You will be responsible to introduce QA best practices within our product development processes and will use automated techniques wherever appropriate to ensure quality targets are met. You will be someone who uses your understanding of the system and available historical data to guide and optimize our QA efforts.

As a release manager, you will be responsible for the definition, implementation and execution of all release activities for our product portfolio. These activities include release preparation, deployments, readiness review, coordination of all go-live activities (backend deployments, application publishing, etc.) and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 
  • 2+ years of previous release or project management experience 
  • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle 
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion 
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills 
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must 
  • Interest and proven expertise in the implementation of software development best practices. 
  • Experience in the Agile development cycle in Scrum mode
