We are excited to partner with a leading development company known for their innovative and high-quality high-rise projects across Ontario. With a focus on sustainable development and community enrichment, our client is dedicated to creating spaces that enhance urban living. They are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Halton.
As a Finishing Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our high-rise construction projects. You will collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver exceptional results.
Oversee and manage all finishing construction activities on site.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of finishing works.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
Minimum 9 to 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on high-rise residential projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing finishing stages of at least 3 high-rise construction cycles.
Proficient in construction management software and tools.
