Are you ready to make a significant impact in the dynamic world of insurance claims? We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Claims Analyst/Adjuster with experience in AB and BI claims to join our team and play a pivotal role in our operations.

As a Claims Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence in claims management, utilizing your expertise to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Innovative Environment: Join a team that embraces innovation and values creative solutions. Claims Management Excellence: Review and examine files, respond to inquiries, and track various claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Project Participation: Collaborate on special projects, providing research, analysis, and support to senior team members.
Committee Leadership: Lead the way in Claims Committee meetings, presenting analytical reports, recommendations, and briefing notes to drive informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
Leverage your expertise to prepare reports for senior management and regulators, providing valuable insights into industry trends and risk exposures.

Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree, with relevant industry certifications such as Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in automobile insurance, with a focus on Bodily Injury and/or Accident Benefits.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access, with experience in creating pivot tables and forms.
