Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor at Melanson Homes & Renovations in Calgary, AB. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work site. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in construction and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read construction plans and specifications
  • Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with residential construction projects is preferred
  • Construction-related certification or diploma is an asset
