This is a hybrid role in Vancouver.Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hrOur client is a leader in the gaming space and looking for someone to manage a multi-discipline team consisting of artists and designers who will be creating and implementing real-time cinematic moments.The Producer's Responsibilities:Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of prioritiesCommunicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality levelProactive risk management and mitigationAbility to work effectively across disciplines to plan for, and manage dependenciesCreating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership teamIdentifying task-related processes to improve efficiencyProviding regular capacity plan updatesFocusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowermentThe Producer's Experience:You are customer-obsessed and have a desire to provide the best experience to our content creators and our playersYou have experience working with narrative/mission/animation teamsYou are comfortable working in modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc)You are excited to work closely with designers, engineers, and content creators with a focus on empowering the team to problem-solveYou have managed one or more game cross-functional teams through two or more game phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling)You have experience shipping AAA quality gamesThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $50/hr - $55/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
