Agir comme propriétaire de produit (Product Owner – PO – selon la méthodologie Scrum/Agile) dans des projets complexes se transposant en fonctionnalités techniques au sein du Studio Numérique.
Participez en collaboration étroite avec le CEN (chef d’expérience numérique) à livraison d’initiatives et contribuer à la réalisation de la feuille de route du développement des solutions.
S’assurer que les intervenants techniques de l’équipe comprennent clairement la livraison attendue et respectent les critères d’acceptations
Piloter des projets en équipes multidisciplinaires, en ayant comme rôle d’être le gardien de la valeur client et d’apporter de la valeur ajoutée à la Banque, tant au niveau de valeur affaire que de la valeur technologique
Innover et se tenir au courant des tendances du marché en lien avec l’évolution du produit et pour faire avancer la transformation numérique de la Banque.
Au sein du secteur numérique Particuliers, tu fais partie d’une grande équipe d’une dizaine de collègues et tu relèves de la Directrice principale, responsable des PO numériques. Nous visons à t’offrir un maximum de flexibilité pour favoriser ta qualité de vie. La Banque valorise le développement continu et la mobilité interne. Nos programmes de formation personnalisés, basés sur l’apprentissage dans l’action, te permettent de maîtriser ton métier et de développer de nouveaux champs d’expertise. Des outils tels que l’Académie de données, la formation linguistique, le Centre d’apprentissage Harvard et de l’accompagnement en coaching et en mentorat te sont accessibles en tout temps.
