Exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel with AtkinsRéalis in Montréal, Canada. Provide strategic legal advice on complex contracts while working in a hybrid model. Join the Canada Legal Affairs team at AtkinsRéalis where you'll report to the Regional General Counsel. You will offer commercial-focused legal guidance and support business objectives through effective risk management. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop clear, practical solutions that align legal strategy with company goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical legal advice on a broad range of matters
- Review and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Lead contract negotiations from inception to execution
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with projects
- Enhance templates and processes for legal guidance
- Member of the Quebec Bar
- At least seven years of legal experience
- Strong background in commercial contracting
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
