What You’ll Do

As our Director of Finance, you won’t just oversee the function;
you’ll actively engage in its day-to-day operations while driving strategic leadership. Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership:
    Provide hands-on leadership, working closely with your team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and financial excellence.
  • Finance Operations:
    Oversee and perform critical finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and more.
  • Consolidated Financials:
    Manage and produce comprehensive financial reporting across multiple corporate entities and operating units.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    Lead and actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support sound business decisions.
  • Compliance & Strategy:
    Ensure regulatory compliance while playing a key role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic direction.

Who You Are

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic finance professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll succeed in this role if you’re:

  • Qualified:
    While a CPA designation is preferred, we are open to considering candidates with other relevant designations and professional experience
  • Experienced:
    You have a proven track record managing finance functions across multiple companies and operating units.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    You are ready to lead the process of automating and driving efficiency into our finance function through technology. Experience with Sage software is a plus but not essential.
  • Healthcare-Savvy:
    Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • A Leader and Doer:
    You lead by example, communicating effectively, solving problems, and staying actively involved in your team’s success.
