En tant que Directeur artistique/Senior Designer, vous collaborerez étroitement avec le Directeur créatif pour façonner et faire évoluer les narrations de marque, en veillant à ce qu’elles soient constamment et efficacement transmises à travers tous les médias. Vous prendrez un rôle principal dans la direction esthétique et conceptuelle des projets, définissant les motifs et thèmes de design qui élèvent la vision de nos clients.

Nous excellons dans la création de marques, les stratégies de marketing intégré et la gestion méticuleuse de la marque. Responsabilités
- Collaborer avec le Directeur créatif pour développer et affiner les narrations de marque.
- Diriger la direction esthétique et conceptuelle des projets.
- Établir des liens avec les clients pour capter et articuler leur vision.
- Assurer la cohérence de la marque sur toutes les plateformes médiatiques.
Qualifications
- Au moins 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente.
- Un diplôme en Graphisme ou dans un domaine connexe, enrichi de connaissances spécialisées en branding, Web (UX/UI), médias numériques, publicité ou leadership.
- Maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative et d’autres logiciels associés.
- Compétences de communication entièrement bilingues en anglais et en français, capables de transition sans faille dans les milieux verbaux, écrits et visuels.
- Une certification en gestion de projet est un plus.
- L’accréditation RGD est très appréciée.

As the Art Director/Senior Designer , you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to craft and evolve brand narratives, ensuring they are consistently and effectively conveyed across all media. You will take a lead role in guiding the aesthetic and conceptual development of projects, defining design motifs and themes that elevate our client’s vision.

We excel at brand creation, integrated marketing strategies, and meticulous brand management. Our team brings a unique blend of passion, expertise, and creativity to every project, tailoring our approach to meet each client’s distinct needs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and refine brand narratives.
- Lead the aesthetic and conceptual direction for projects.
- Liaise with clients to capture and articulate their vision.
- Ensure brand consistency across all media platforms.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field, enhanced by specialized knowledge in branding, Web (UX/UI), digital media, advertising or leadership.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other related software.
- Fully bilingual communication skills in both English and French, capable of a seamless transition in verbal, written, and visual mediums.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- RGD accreditation is highly regarded.
