Bartender

Salary : 17.51$ per hour

Reporting to the Director of operations, the Bartender is responsible for ensuring high-quality service and contributing to creating a memorable experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve customers at the bar courteously and professionally.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and well-known popular recipes.
• Advise customers on drink choices based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage beverage stocks, place orders, and ensure restocking.
• Handle payments accurately and manage the bar cash register.
• Create a friendly atmosphere by interacting with customers positively.
• Contribute to the creation of new cocktails and beverages to expand the menu.
• Monitor customers' level of intoxication and intervene responsibly if necessary.
• Collaborate with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Any other related tasks to ensure the quality of the department's service.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience as a bartender is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• In-depth knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Skill in handling money and the cash register accurately.
• Creativity in developing new drink recipes.
• Adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
• Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.

• Flexibility in work schedules, including evenings and weekends.
