What you'll do:

  • Report to the VP Enterprise Risk
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and projects to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization
  • Conduct analysis of credit risk portfolios, including the assessment of credit quality, concentration risk, and portfolio performance
  • Assist in the preparation, cleaning, and analysis of data to support risk management activities
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for risk-related reporting tasks
  • Support the development and enhancement of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; Master's degree or professional certification is preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in enterprise risk management or credit risk analysis within the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python; experience with risk management systems is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
