IT Architect

Job Description: Join our team as a Digital Solution Architect and drive positive outcomes for our clients by delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. Your role involves architecting innovative solutions for new or existing IT services, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering customer-centric, agile solutions. You will design end-to-end solutions, collaborate with clients, and provide technical support to scrum and product design teams. Responsibilities:
Architect solutions for client IT services, focusing on innovation and transformation.
Design end-to-end solutions, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
Provide technical support to scrum and product design teams.
Lead solution development in agile environments, balancing time-to-value with governance processes.
Collaborate with UX/UI, front-end, and back-end developers to build prototypes.
Demonstrate expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native services.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on both business and technical levels.
Drive the development of next-generation digital architects through mentoring and coaching.
Requirements:
~ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
~10-12+ years of overall experience, with 6+ years in solution architecting.
~ Proficiency in modern Web/Mobile development, cloud solutions, microservices, and digital best practices.
~ Strong experience in cloud hosting technology and leading solutions with development teams.
~ Experience in the banking and financial domain is a plus.
~ Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
~ Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in teams.
~ Detail-oriented and willing to learn continuously.
