Commercial Property Manager

Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee operations across a variety of real estate properties, encompassing industrial, retail, and office buildings. This candidate's primary objectives will include optimizing efficiency, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for tenants, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Manage lease negotiations and foster positive tenant relationships.
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Develop and oversee property budgets, monitor accounts receivable, and analyze financial performance.
- Ensure timely rent collection and optimize revenue while controlling expenses.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Screen prospective tenants and collaborate with leasing agents for effective property marketing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and address legal issues promptly.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of property management experience, including administration and financial oversight.
- Proficient in commercial real estate principles, leasing, and property operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously in a dynamic setting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient problem-solver.
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
