We work with people around the globe to advise, build, run, and support the creation of products with purpose.As a mid-level Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesLiaise with business units and project management team to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs.Translate stakeholder requirements into functional requirements, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.Analyze and synthesize information provided by a large number of people who interact with the business, such as customers, staff, and executives.Develop and review business requirements, functional specifications, and system design specifications.Work with delivery team to ensure that they understand the specifications and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and validate data and forecasts using quantitative and qualitative methodologies.Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and workshops to drive effective project implementation.Manage project documentation and ensure all documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Office, and business analysis software.Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Is this Role a Fit for You?CBTW is committed to building inclusive and diverse teams, and a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment, because that’s how we create better products and services, make better decisions, and better serve the communities we’re a part of, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.Collaboration Betters The World – let’s do something great togetherJoin our talented team
