Software Engineer – Archer Client: Insurance CompanyRole: Software Engineer - ArcherDuration: 6 months, likely to extendRate: NegotiableLocation: Toronto/Waterloo (once a month) Description: Our client is looking to hire a Software Engineer - Archer for a minimum 6 months.RoleArcher Engineer with a strong technical background to join the Archer project team within Corporate IT. In this role you are the Archer technical expert exposed to a variety of projects and assignments to enhance and customize the Archer platform. The successful candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, can work effectively with external consultants, business analysts, architects, designers, developers, technical infrastructure resources, account teams and business partners to build and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide Subject Matter Expert knowledge and share technical expertise on Archer InitiativesAssist in enhancing the architecture and design of solutions in the Archer platform.Expanding core applications or creating customized scripts or applications as needed to meet business requirements.Identify any gaps and issues and take proactive ideas that align with project objectives.Perform Impact Analysis on proposed changes.RequirementsDevelop/Configure on the Archer PlatformMust have experience with:- Archer- JavaScript- SFTP/network protocols- Azure ADFS/SSOInterested?If you’re available and interested in this role, please select “apply” or reach out to us at resham.singh@hays.com
