The Role: Reporting to the Seafood Department Head, the Relief Seafood Butcher Supervisor is responsible for travelling to various stores locally and providing relief support to Seafood departments. Language
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Round-trip transportation costs covered by the employer to the place of employment at the beginning and the end of the contract
Train junior seafood butchers and lead by example
Handle customers’ complaints
Maintain sales records for inventory control
Responsible for the storage of food, including incoming stock and conduct quality control during receiving
Manage inventory and product quality in display cases, walk- in cooler and walk-in freezer; follow “First In, First Out” FIFO method
