Our brand is synonymous with innovation, creativity, and a forward-thinking approach to fashion. We design and make all of our clothing in Toronto and we're on a mission to leverage technology in order to optimize our processes from start to finish. Since launching in 2019, we've been featured in multiple publications across North America, as well as, national TV shows in Canada. We've experienced great success in the US and can be found in Nordstrom stores across the country. ABOUT THE JOB: We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing our content strategy across multiple platforms. You will be creating high quality and interactive photo and video content to increase our online presence and deepen our community relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate and work closely with both our Founder and our Marketing Strategist. We have several new releases planned for the year ahead and this is the perfect time to curate the career you've dreamed of. This will start as a part-time contract position [renewable after 3 months] . For the right candidate, there is potential for a permanent role. Payment will be negotiated on a monthly retainer basis. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Create original and engaging photo and video content to be used across all channels [Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and Pinterest] Follow creative briefs to develop content in accordance with our social media calendar Maintain a consistent brand voice across different social media channels Monitor social media channels for industry trends and platform specific updates Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments Work closely with Marketing Strategist to assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy Occasionally attend events and produce live social media content WHO YOU ARE: You're a creative and strategic thinker with a strong ability to think outside the box You're positive, enthusiastic, and results-driven You're assertive and take initiative when you see opportunities arise You're genuinely passionate about business marketing tactics and all things social media You're able to succinctly convey your ideas You're resourceful and a natural problem solver You have a curious nature and often feel compelled to experiment You have a strong and/or unique visual identity as a creative You can effectively prioritize workloads and remain agile in a fast-paced environment YOU ALSO HAVE: An understanding and appreciation for the ISRAELLA KOBLA aesthetic Previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role [essential] Experience working with Adobe CC, or other editing software [essential] Experience working in fashion or other creative environments [preferred] APPLICATION PROCESS: Please apply by sending your resume, portfolio, and a link to a social media page[s] that you have curated [or helped curate] to Please include "Content Creator/Social Media Coordinator Application - [Your Name]" in the subject line.
