Pulsenics is catalyzing novel breakthroughs for electrochemical technologies that decarbonize our planet. Pulsenics’ innovation is the first to apply advanced spectroscopy techniques to industrial electrochemical applications, at scale, to target the industry’s energy waste problem. Pulsenics hardware and software is currently being used by customers around the world to improve electrochemical system design and performance. Pulsenics’ customers run diverse electrochemical systems ranging from fuel cells and batteries to wastewater treatment and metallurgy.

Strategic Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Pulsenics' business goals, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain, ensuring efficient sourcing, production, and delivery of both hardware and software products.
• Production Oversight: Manage production processes for hardware products, ensuring quality control, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Oversee the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, and manage risks associated with operational processes.
• Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and measure the success of operational strategies.
• Innovation and Market Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, adapting operations to keep Pulsenics at the forefront of the hardware and data analytics sector.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hardware and/or software industry. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in managing supply chains, including procurement, production, and logistics, especially in the context of hardware manufacturing.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hardware production processes and deployment.
• Knowledge of relevant software tools and technologies used in operations and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strong skills in team management, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis, with an ability to use data-driven insights to make informed operational decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs and challenges.
• Understanding of budget management, cost optimization, and financial analysis in an operational context.
• Compliance and Quality Focus: Knowledge of relevant industry standards and legal regulations, with a commitment to upholding quality and compliance in all operations.
