Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Picsume's AI recommendation engine, anchoring a powerful matchmaking experience between employers and candidates.
  • Select and effectively integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance the recommendation engine capabilities.
  • Utilize a tech stack that includes Golang, with flexibility to employ additional programming languages and frameworks essential for AI-driven feature development.
  • Spearhead the architecture and technical design, delivering scalable and secure solutions that protect personal identifiable information through advanced tokenization methods.
  • Innovate continuously, ensuring the Picsume platform leverages the latest AI breakthroughs and adapts to the evolving needs of the recruitment industry.
  • Provide strategic insights and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and UX designers to refine and advance product features.
