Lead long-term planning, development of cross-business strategic initiatives, and support the CFO and Senior Leadership Team on key initiatives and processes. Support the CFO and Senior Leadership team on key initiatives and processes, including the Board of Directors, Investor topics, and other CFO priorities. Be a strategic partner, providing clear and thoughtful analysis + communication.
Lead Finance content preparation and supporting analysis for the Board of Directors. Work across Finance Leadership team to provide visibility into company performance and execution progress.

Lead early stage and/or exploratory cross-business initiatives – developing business case and financial plans, maximizing economics, and providing a risk-adjusted view.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven experience (12+ years) in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
Experience in fast-paced, agile and growth environments
