This role sets strategic direction and optimizes performance for specific technology functions. The role bridges business and technology, sets priorities, directs execution, and leads cross-technology projects while balancing customer focus with pragmatic decision-making.
The role drafts epics and stories, prioritizes the backlog, and participates in the agile development process to ensure successful sprint completion. Communication with diverse groups of stakeholders is essential, involving information sharing, listening sessions, training programs, clear documentation, and strategic vision presentations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
Agile methodology certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.) Experience in retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or distribution is an asset.
