Le rôle :

Au sein du Pôle Conseil de l’agence, nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) Consultant Social Media Junior en alternance. Votre rôle sera d'accompagner les clients de l'agence dans la définition de leur stratégie de communication Social Media, en collaboration avec l'équipe de consultants et les autres pôles d’expertise de l’agence.

Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité de l’équipe Conseil, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Community Management au quotidien (modération & publication), recherche et partage des insights de la communauté aux équipes internes.
  • Immersion dans l’industrie musicale et ses communautés sur les réseaux afin de fournir des insights
  • Imaginer et créer des concepts et des templates afin de garantir la cohérence et la pertinence des contenus pour les communautés
  • Rédiger des copies, des présentations, des scénarios, planifier des calendriers et publications en collaboration avec l’équipe créative
  • Idéation quotidienne de publications en collaboration avec l’équipe créative

Profil recherché :

  • Issu.e d’une formation Bac +4/5 (en école de communication, commerce, ou formation universitaire….)
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience similaire en agence ou chez l’annonceur
  • Vous êtes un.e vrai fan de musique et de podcasts
  • Passionné.e par le monde du web et les médias sociaux (Discord, Twitter, Youtube)
  • Vous maitrisez très bien l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Vous êtes créatif(ve), curieux(se), dynamique, réfléchi(e) et rigoureux(se)
  • Vous êtes agile, curieux.se et créatif.ve
  • Vous êtes organisé.e et un vrai multi-tasker
  • Vous appréciez travailler en équipe.
