The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects valued at $25M+ . This is an exciting, high-impact role for a results-driven leader who can guide multidisciplinary teams from pre-construction through completion — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards . Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of construction projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate teams including site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and engineers. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met. Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving proactive solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements. Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation. Apply technical knowledge and carpentry experience to support field execution. Promote collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence across teams. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering , or related field. 5+ years of project management experience, leading projects valued at $25M+ . Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and delivery methods (GC, CM, Design-Build). Solid technical foundation in carpentry and structural execution . Proven ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient with project management tools such as Premiere, Fieldwire , or similar. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across PEI as needed.
